Default My 2.2 comp tuber build

So I decided my last design wasnt working after my last comp and came up with a new design, a little skinner, with the batteries mounted up frount on the nose of the tube frame instead of next to the tranny. Heres what I got so far. What do you think? Need to change, adjust anything before I get too far along?

And the tranny plate. Going to try out some plexi glass and see how it slide. I tried to break it, and it was some tough stuff, so Idont think it will break unless it falls 50' right on the belly.

The screws are flush with the plate, so they will not catch any rocks.

I think it looks pretty good. That P.Glass may scratch up and get groves in it. I thought of that one time, but ended up buying a cutting board for my skid. Get some more done so we can see the finished product.

Ya, I was worried about that too, we'll see how the glass does, if it gets hammered too quick, then I geuss I will have to cut some more aluminum.

Well, got some more work done. Got the trans mounted with drivelines and the bottom links mounted. Need to make and install upper links and electronics next.

I am wondering though, are the bottom links going to be at too much of an angle?

Got a roller now

Wheelbase is right at 12 1/2" maybe a hair under fully compressed.
