Default New Tlt Tuber

I recently got this tlt based crawler from a guy who didn't want to finish it. All it needed was some drivetrain assembly and all of the electrics installed. The electrics are only temporarily installed. That's why it's a little sloppy. I am making some new body panels for it. I just couldn't wait to crawl with it.

Here are the specs:

hand made tube chassis 3/16" solid tubing
12" WB
gmade wideners
locked tlt axles with bearings
locked laydown pede tranny
65 turn integy lathe
novak super duty (wired for one battery and motor)
Hitec 645 servos (4 wheel steer)
RC 4WD wheels and beadlocks
Moabs
2000 NiMh cells
Spektrum DX3 radio

I am looking for some advice on what I can do to make this thing crawl to the best of its abilities.

I know the shocks need to go. I am looking at getting some Maxx shocks for it.

I want to extend the wheelbase a little bit. I also want to get the 60/40 split happening.

Any advice you can give would be much appreciated. Is there anything that looks wrong or could be improved? Please let me know.

I can post pics of certain areas if you are interested.

Thanks!

Most people have there wheelbase around 12in and the truck looks like the wheels are in the right place, so i dont know if I would extend the wheel base also if you have the drive train made already to the right size you would have to lengthen it or get a new one.
