| New and improved SW2...
Well I decided after getting my TLT SW2 mocked up and running it a little, it was time to change battery location and make things a little cleaner. The battery used to sit towards the back leaning on the tranny. I knew I wanted the weight forward, but I also wanted to drive the friggin thing! But let me tell you after putting the battery up front it has made a world of difference! Completely different crawler. Also I cut about 6 inches off the wire to the motor and now it is like 2, I think it gave it a little more umpfh. Maybe it's just in my head. Anyways tell me what you think and things I can improve on (besides swapping the axles front and rear I made that mistake and I think it will stay that way for a while). P.S. check out the fog lights on the battery |

Get real tires on that bad boy. Masher 2000 work really well. Allso remove the servo saver. Use a standard horn. |

When you get the bigger tires with more traction. The servo will turn but the tires won't. If you have a servo horn ti will turn the tires, not the servo saver. Nice lights by the way. |

Most servos come with multiple horn with them. I used the one that's just a big round horn and you can drill holes accordingly. It resembles a diff. brake on a Rockwell 2 1/2 ton axle. You may want to shorten the upper or lenghthen the lower links to level out your front axle. It may put a little more stress on the axle with it kind of steering towards the ground.

also, when you put 2.2 wheels and tires on it, you'll probabally want to lower it altogether, it already looks like you are getting about 3 inches of under belly clearance already, but when you put the bigger wheels and tires on, it will raise it between 1 and 1.5 inches, which will put your center of gravity WAAAAY too high.

Doesn't Bender build them with the intent of having the motor on the driver's side?
