a few venders carry them, but as of now they are all sold out. Check RCP and MSD once awhile to see if they ever come baco in stock. Best bet now is classifies or ebay. But it isn't for clocked c's. That is extremly hard to find one.

If you are referring specifically the "Clocked" C's than it appears the www.TCScrawlers.com does not sell them anymore. That is the only place that I'm aware of the carries the Clocked C's. So you will have to find a used pair. You can post up that your looking for clocked c's in the "wanted" section of this forum.

I have been looking for a pair of clocked C's for a local club member for the last 6 months with no luck. Good luck and let me know if you find a pair or two.

I'm in the market for a pair of clocked C's as well. Need them for my torsion TLT rebuild.

So I guess it would be wrong of me to say, that I was cleaning up the hobby room this weekend and found 2 sets of these (along with 2 TLT axles with CVD's also) (let me edit this and say not for sale) Last edited by TwistedCreations; 01-27-2011 at 07:31 AM. |

Those aren't the ones that I remembered seeing. The ones that I am thinking of were adjustable, allowing you to set the degree of "clocking" that you wanted/needed on your axle. Still wouldn't turn down a pair of those pictured above, however. |

Why do you not take the axial "C's" and make them work, I take your C's are broken. You have nothing to loose if you can not find the clocked C's. If you grind down the housing around the to bearing on the axle housing make them fit. I have not taken the stub axles to see if they fit the dog bones, but this is a idea.

^ isnt that kinda like putting a square peg in a round hole? My axles are fine/brand new even, i just want the better turning radius. and the B.A. factor of custom tlt stuff. No one is interested in doing a bulk order from somewhere ? I'm just gonna have to upgrade axles at some point i guess. |

It's not really an extreme measure to clock the C's...at least not in my case. I have a home version of a BMVII torsion chassis with 3.5" of GC. The rear axle has been clocked using my "patented" wood wedge. The front axle has a pretty extreme driveshaft angle from my metal yolk on the axle up to the tranny. Although this setup has worked great for me over the past 3 or so years, it would be really nice to straighten out the angle and keep the yolk from getting hung up occasionally on a rock. Anyone have a template laying around for making your own clocked Cs? Something similar to what Twisted posted a pic of, but flattened out (pre-bending) would be ideal. I could then modify the angle I desire inside AutoCAD. Last edited by bugman72; 04-11-2011 at 09:17 AM. |
