Default Drc2 Crawler

Hey guy's

i'm new here, but thats no prob :P
i wanted you to see my crawler wich i designed using emachineshop.
here in holland noone knows anything about crawlers ;) ok maybe a couple of people (yeah my english sucks)
here are some pictures.
i'm still waiting for a pede tranny and a integy 55 turns. also i'm making some new link/shock mounts (see drawing)

Wow.That's a nice chassis,the shock mounts look great.Let us know how they perform when you get them.

Wow that truck looks sweet, the only thing i can see that might be a problem is the way your servo horn sticks out. It looks like it might be sticking out a little to far and that it might get caught on a rock, but other than that the truck looks great.

cool design only thing i see is possible fatigue due to the cut out in the middle... maybe brace it front to back...

thnx for all the credits

iw ill try to make a mini skidplate to protect the servo horn....
at the moment i'm busy with the link/shock mounts.
making new top links and mounting the body...

still need to wait for the 55 turns and the pede tranny :(
there are also new shocks on the way to me, (e/t maxx shocks)

I like that chassis. Look cool. There are so many different TLT plates chassis is got to be hard to come up with something new a different. Good Job.

you're right..... it's hard to do somethinge different. but here in holland noone has a tlt1 cralwer yet, so over here i'm original ;) lol

yes... i know wijnand... he made the chassis for me ;) i just send him the drawings and 2 days later i had the chassis

and for now my pic server is down..... hope it gets back online soon :(

Is it possible to mount the servo flat on that mount so the horn faces forward instead of downwards?

hey mark...... long time no hear ;) lol

maybe i will make a alternative version of the servomount, so you can choose wich one to use...

i made some pics on the rocks ;) with the temp body on it and still no tranny and electronics. but it's just for the pics

i only designed it with emachineshop
i know someone here in holland who made it for me on a lazercutter
so i don't know how much it will cost to make it at emachineshop itself
