Default latest tuber project

Sold the blackwidow but missed it so much built a new one and added some improvments axle mounted 4 links a 2 3/4 ground clearance 12 1/4 wheelbase stampeede shocks its still a work in progress I built a new comp rig light weight and need to do some testing to see just how much the added wieght helps or hurts so stay tuned for the results by the way I do have a extra chassy I built earlier its almost the same as the other black widow if anyones interested give me a pm.thanks

Default finished her up

Back from Alaska and finished up the black widow 2. tested her out and did some comparision between the light weight comp rig and the tuber . But thats for a later post . It has the usual pede tranny 55 turn lathe stampeed shocks 3/16 steel rod about 6 ft. lrp speed control cheap radio . this is my 3 year olds bashing rig so didnt want to put to much into it .. he can drive very well for his age just training him up right.

yep im still working on it I call the last pic. climb potato salad its loose and steep. so far the tuber is the only one to make it up the salad climb.

Its a little experiment I have the front end held down with a strap (fuel line ) so it still has some flex but wont droop and run a little stiffer in the rear so no tourque twist so far its working great .
