Default finally built it

i finally got my tlt built after a year of gathering parts
12" wheelbase
55t lathe
xl-1 esc (crap i know gonna sell soon anyone want)
one traxxas 2055 (again crap i know)








im having some werid throttle gliching you guys see anything that would cause it

(can you guess what my links are made of?)

nah its not that i was running it earilyier with regular tires and had the problem

i think they are coat hangers and about the clitching check the solder on the moter that it is no touching another part of the endbell causing a short.

glitching i may have round it my red wire split and was touchin the esc heat sink i also think there may be somethin up wit the radio not sure yet

as for sunday i dont know yet and i have a beat up pede body to put on it how its goin on i dont know yet have any ideas?

Why spikes in the tires? doesnt seem like it would get much traction on rocks unless you are doing somthign else with this rig??

i had some throttle glitching a while ago it was caused be low batts on my radio. could be your problem

the reason for the tires was because i diddent feel like paying $40 for tires instead just $5 to mod them plus the stock pede tires cant be used for anything else

and ill try the low battery thing i think it may just be poor quality batteries i should go out and buy energizer batteries

now my problem is keeping the wires soldierd to my motor the keep comming off. im also not that good at soldering have any tips im thinkin of goin out to buy thinner soldier

is it rosin core solder.... i put solder on the wires then on the motor tabs so that all i have to do is heat them alittle as i put them together.

yea its rosin core solder is that bad?

does radio shack carry good solder?
