I had this happen twice....I thought I mixed it up wrong the first time so i did it again and it held great for a couple months then started to let go. I was using fresh JB weld and i have used it many many times before with out any problems....Not sure why it happened never really bothered me, I ended up using 2 part epoxy and its been holding up great for the past 6 months. |

Maybe after it was mixed and placed in the diff there was an Air Bubble in the JB Weld. Like it wasn't packed tight enough. Thats the only thing I can think of. Hell I don't now. I'm just blow'in smoke out my A _ _ |

The Kwik JB Weld will break apart quite easily. Make sure you use standard JB Weld, not the kwik crap.
