Are you shure it's the links?
Try taking the shocks off and see if it still binds.

I can't tell from the pics. Do the link ends hit the chassis? It's realy hard to tell without it infront of me. Can you take a pic with the suspension at the point where it binds?

nothing about your crawler looks out of the ordinary except for how wide the chassis is.

What drive shafts are you using? I'm building up a SW2 and have been pulling out my friggin' hair for a couple of days trying to find the source of mine binding up. About an hour ago I figured out the male half of my Maxx shafts was hitting the end of the female shaft on articulation. I used my dremel to cut off a 1/2" or so of the male shaft and viola- no binding. You might check to see if that's your problem.

I'll get a better shot of the articulation and as for the shafts they are fine if I pull one top link the axel moves fine.the chassis is 3 1/4 wide.

there is about 2 inch under the tire before it binds up and gets hard to move.
yes I am sure I made the servo mounts.benders are made with thicker alum and mine only cost $5 and I have about 2'8" left to use.

Because of the width of your chassis the lower links look to be running parallel with the side plates (from a top view). The end of the link attached to the chassis may be hitting the chassis.

Try spacing the rod end out with a nut and see if that helps.

well there not hitting the chssis but i think the chassis is to wide and the links are not long enough to let it get full movment.I might try to slim it up some and then try it.

Try mounting your lower links on the inside of your frame with some 1/8" spacers between your links and chassis.
