| king hauler trans question
has any won tried to price out just buying the parts needed to build hauler 3 speed tranny just wondering, if the have could somewon make list of the parts needed to do that and some ideas on how to make a t tranny

Tweak, RC4WD carried them at one point. They retailed there for $70 I believe. There is a listing of all the parts floating around on RCMT that I could look for and send to you. I think that price of doing it that way is still about $70. Your best bet might be to get a used tranny on ebay just for starters. I got 2 that way (for about $50 including shipping), aside from the one I got new from RC4WD. I don't know if he still carries them. Keep in mind that you'll need to get a transfer case or modify the output shaft to get 2 outputs for 4WD.

| Re: king hauler trans question WWW.rcmt.net is another monster truck board. As for the tranny, I lost the list of parts to build the tranny, but the last time I checked, rc4wd did not have the tranny in stock and to build it from parts from tamiya was about $92. Nate |
