Default My TLT comp build.....

I just ordered this

http://www.bendercustoms.com/images/chassis1.jpg

to begin a custom tlt build. It'll have moabs on beadlocks, tlt axles or high lift axles, pede tranny(of course), lathe motor, and traxxas pushrods for links, i think. Not sure of what shell to use.

I have a long road ahead of me. I traded one of my high lifts for a tlt tuber that im gonna tweek a bit to get it how i want it, im building another high lift w/ pede tranny, and now I have this. Theres just no stopping me I guess I wish I had self control...it went out the window a long time ago

How is using a full on comp sw-2 chassis scale? and why did you post it in the tlt section if it is going to be a scale rig. I have a sw-2 and love it, but it is by no means scale.

you are allowed ONE MISTAKE in this forum- you just spent yours.

I am getting ready to start my 2.2 comp rig also- so post pics; I will do the same. I am using the XRC 60/40 comp chassis and RC4WD R2 tranny; should be a nice little setup.

Well I sold my olive drab High Lift so I decided to buy some more stuff for the build of my comp rig. Here is the new stuff I ordered:

45 turn Integy lathe motor
Traxxas 137mm black steel pushrods(4 sets of 2, just to have extras)
Proline Moab 2.2's
Proline '70 Ford F-100
Duratrax Rear shock set Evader(2 sets)
Duratrax White(soft) springs
Traxxas long truck 1/2 shaft pro pack(still need the ends..Tower was backordered)

And I just got my new(grey plastic) rustler tranny in too. I plan on using my High lift axles or tlt axles.

Im also looking at buying somebodys rig too. Just to have another one

Ill post pics in a couple of days as I know how boring it is to hear what Im buying and not be able to see how it is coming along.

Still waiting to hear from RC4WD about the beadlocks I ordered............

Edit:

I figured Id post a list of where im at with everything and the price I have spent so far(not too sure I want to see how much it costs )

SW2 Chassis w/ link mounts $95
RC4WD Super Narrow Beadlocks $120
45 turn lathe motor $19
Traxxas steel pushrods $26(8 total)
Proline Moab 2.2's(2 sets) $30
Proline '70 Ford F-100 $25
Duratrax Evader rear shocks(2 sets) $32
Traxxas 1/2 shaft pro pack $10
Traxxas Rustler tranny(new version) $57

Total = $414

Still need:
Traxxas metel driveshaft ends(yokes)
Battery
ESC
Upper links
Axles
