Default tlt tracer mods

tracer tlt, belt to chain mod, fat rock c-hubs, axle skids, alu knuckles, rc4wd gru. had to grind out the junfac axle mounts a little to fit over the c-hubs. the rear axle is stock with skid plate and turnbuckle steer-lockouts. i still need to figure out where and how to mount the links and shocks, might have to get a smaller spur to mount the links back in the stock location, right now its a big kimbrough maxx spur. its got a 65t integy right now but i'll probably experiment with a 55t or 45t to give me a little wheelspeed with the gru.

minimal, 16th" maybe? i had to grind down the axle to fit them. also forgot to add, with the fat rock c-hubs and alu knuckles, the steering is perfect, smooth and no binding. im gonna try to grind down the stub shafts to give me more steering or get the cvd's when theyr ready.

Can we get some close up pics of the chain setup? Where did you find your cogs?

It looks almost like the cogs off of a Thunder Tiger motorcycle... Nice idea!

Would love to see a few more close ups of your chain drive and what items you acquired/bought to adapt the chain drive. Nice Rig

Yea thor, you pulled off the chain drive conversion! Have you driven it much yet?
I'm also curious where you obtained the parts for that.
I have been having good results from my tensioner set up. No belt slipping at all, even with the new 14 tooth pinion.

ok, here are the inside shots of the chain drive. the drive sprocket is 8t, the idler is 7t the big one is 28 or somthing. when putting it together the chain fell mid link for length requiring the idler which i had an extra sprocket for. its just a small piece of rod bushed up with tubing to the bore of the sprocket. it looks weak but seems to hold up under bench testing but will have to wait for real world testing. nothing ever works for me the first time so i expect to have to rework this but im crossing my fingers. the 65t and rc4wd gru gives plenty of slow go torque, its got some power! once i get it all back together and running i'll right somthing a little more detailed with what all ive done. ok, here are the pics.

Yup... Just like a chain driven cam shaft in a car. Really nice idea, where did you source the cogs and chain?
