Default Revolver wheel problems

I have heard something about the revolver wheels not fitting the tlt's stub axle. Is there any way of fixing this without getting the blackfoot stub axles

Yup. Though I'm using the hex that came with the wheels.

Mine fit fine with the stock ones. I put thread lock on my nuts though.
