i'm jacking mine up for 33 1/2 inch tires, we still need to hook up the steering though. we might get a parts zuk for a nice 'lil go-kart too. they need to make zuk bodies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Well back on topic.... Nice build! You're going to want to get that battery lower, though. |

You are going to need to start looking for a new servo...you might get 1 run out of the plastic gears and low torque of the 2055. Maybe a little longer if you are real careful with it.

thanks for the tips - i had the battery mounted on the servo until i changed the shock mount positions - lowered the ride height, and now cant fit the battery there... not sure what to do. the servo arm is from OFNA. |

new pics with some crawling action... since my first post i mounted the battery on the servo, weighted the wheels with some stick-on wheel weights, trimmed the body a bit, and tweaked the links and shocks to get the ride height down. Last edited by zukmike; 02-29-2008 at 08:15 AM. |

You will definitely need a goos ESC to get the most out of the high torque servos. They crave 6V otherwise you'll experience stalling of your rig . | |
