| Bonzai Buggy comp tuber
I just finished this tuber. I based it off off the www.tsudaracing.com trail lex tube buggy. I built this for a comp tuber for a guy who doesn't want it now! So I might just build it up. Not sure yet. It's all brakeline brazed together then painted black w/ a new Toyota FJ front clip. It has a delrin/steel skid. steel on top for strength and delrin on the bottom to slide. Check it out. LMK what you think. http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...n_coles/fr.jpg http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...les/tsmock.jpg http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m...oles/smock.jpg Here's the 1:1 rig that inspired my build: Last edited by Crawln Coles; 02-15-2007 at 09:53 AM. |

im bringing this thread back from the dead because i traded coles for this a while ago and i am almost finshed. i just have to shorten up the links, mount my tranny, and then mount my elctronics and it will be finished. it will be sporting an RC4WD R2 tranny and punisher shafts. some masher2k's on axial beadlocks, maxx shocks, delrin links, tlt axles, a hitec 645MG servo. tell me what you guys think and if i should add anything else. i will have pics up as soon as i finsh it. talk to you guys later, Andrew

Andy, I'm allmost done with Hazzy's bronco. About another week. I allready started drawing up my plans 4 da KARNIVORE. Just have to figure out what we're gonna do about axles!!!!!!!!!!!! | |

i think i am going to stick with tlt axles for now and if i dont feel they are strong enough i can always upgrade. my dads camera isnt working right now and that is why i dont have pictures up. i got the entire front end on and im just waiting on a few nuts and bolts. i ran out so i wasnt able to finish. its looking pretty good if i do say so myself.
