| ANY restrictions for amount of Wheel Weight?
First of all, how can i find out all rules of the different classes that my TLT / SW2 based crawler can compete in? Second, are there restrictions for the amount of weight you can use in the tires...or an overall weight of the entire truck? Maybe the question can be answered for reading the rules of the classes, but I'm lost on how to find those rules! Does everyone follow their own rules or are they standard? Thanks!! |

The rules that most people follow can be seen here. www.usrcca.com There is no weight limit/requirements. But, running excessive weight in the wheels hurts performance. |

Thank you Brad! Do you have any suggestions for a starting weight with your SW2 chassis and 55t with the Moabs? I'm thinking stick on wheel weights since my brother is a mechanic. ;) It's winter here and not really able to test and tune! Just to let you know, I finally ran the crawler on Saturday in the house...this is gonna be cool!! | |

I usually only run 2-3 ounces of stick on weights in each front wheel and 1/2 of that in each rear wheel. Running alot of weight kills wheelspeed and usually breaks more parts.
