Default Anyone know anything about ERacing Pro shocks?

I got some nice shocks made by ERacingPro from Ebay.

I can't find any info on them.

They came with what looks like an extra damper or something.

I'm assuminmg the oil will be too heavy as well as the springs.

They have a cool resevoir on them!

Did you get these?

I was checking those out, they look like very high quality units.
They have a website, but it's down right now.
Piggyback reserviors are sort of wasted on a crawler (a piggyback gives hot shock oil a place to expand - I doubt crawling would work any shock that hard) but if you got a deal on them...

Non related to crawling, but on my Turner 6-pack mountian bike, I have got Fox DHX 5.0 and it has a piggy bag and hardly shows any sign of heat although I make sure the bike and myself get a good work out

Like bigmike says, on small shocks it is mainley for looks.

Yes, I got the Gold ones:

I was wanting oil weight and spring info, but I've changed all that anyway. Seem to work pretty well even though I was just guessing on everything!

I paid $25 shipped for all 4 so I couldn't pass it up!

As for the resevoirs...may not be functional, but look cool!

They ARE functional, what I meant is that on a slow crawler they don't really give us any benefits.

The oil does flow through the resevoirs though.

Sorry if it confused you.

Sweet tube work mascman that rig is looking good. Did you add a rack for the spare to sit in, or is it just sitting in there? The gold shocks are blingy.

You are going to have to really work that unit HARD to even get it warm. Fox has their valving dialed. What kind of frame is it in? OOPs - missed it the first time - 6-Packs rock, that is a seriously capable frame. Turners are high quality.
(I raced NORBA DH from 98 to 02. I had sponsorship from Karpiel, Spy, 661, and the shop I worked for, Guthrie Bicycle in Salt Lake City. Rode an Armageddon w/ a Monster T)

Thanks, but the tube work could be better. I used my wire feed and it was tough to figure out what setting works best.

I don't have a rack, but there is a bed. I wanted a scale rig, but it doesn't technically fit into the scale class since it has too much articulation, so it really isn't necessary to be able to haul one, but I'll probably do some kind of mount. I'm thinking that a little weight in the tire can help with torque twist.

Plus, we are having a practice comp this Sunday and I really only have about two good, solid, days wrth of work on it and I'm in a little bit of a time crunch!

I have a mock up shot I'll show...you can see the bed area. I'm thinking of possibly painting just the bed black or even doing all the tubes black...I can't decide.

What do you think?
