I went solo and it was worth it. Recond the lake area from Douglas/Granit Bay entrance and found what I believe is "Oak Point" with a huge amount of Granit and some other high traction rock that was awesom. Yes you need to pay the $5. They will find out. I got out of a ticket today!?!! $63.00 Ticket per the Ranger.

Any who here is my TLT/J2-TT Chassie:

Pede
Jato shafts
Integy 55 turn
Moab on Rustler Rears
Rock Rings (looks only)
Servo mounts
aluminium Front steering nuckles (awesome)
TQ3
Novak
2cell 1200 mah Lipoly works great.
E-maxx shocks with losi pinks on front and Ace hardware silver on rear $0.70 each.
Extra parts ($$$$)
G-made wheel wideners

The J2-TT chassie is incredible and the build was easy. His article is a nice referance. I almost want to sell the truck on ebay and build another that is how much fun I had doing it. It beats building some of my RC planes, because I try it now in my rock pile in the side yard.

That place and your rig look great. I am going to have to check that place out. Maybe we can get the whole Sac crew to go there for the next meet.
