| What chassis???
I'm looking to build my first crawler and was wondering what most people are using for the chassis. The two I'm considering are the JunFac and BBY setups. With the Junfac I guess you can't use the Stampede tranny. Is that true? In the latest RC Driver they actually have a test of that setup and it seemed pretty possitive except for the stock TLT tranny. I also stumbled upon a test of the BBY chassis in RCCA and it was positive as well. I guess I'm just looking for some input from people who actually have lived with the kits for a while. I'm not looking to run comps but clearing the acre of boulders in my backyard would be nice. Keeping it close to scale is a consideration as well. Thanks in advance for the deedback! Kevin |

with new chasis on the market i would highly consider these..... falcon chasis sw3 xrc not necearily in that order, the reason i like these is their open design for easy maniupulation when replacing motors or tranny parts. the sw2 is a great chasis but with the upgrades made to the sw3 unless you get a damn good price i would go to the other 3 |

Check vary of chassis via www.reignrc.com and their prices are 'wallet-friendly.'

eh... i would go with a sw3, but just because i know its a great chassis that we have been testing out here for some time super low cg, links mounts in great locations perfect for a comp rig, if thats the direction your headed. and its not going to expensive at all.

Thanks for all the info guys. I ordered the full XRC (R2 tranny) chassis package today. I also went with the 50/50 setup since I want it as scale as possible. It's easy enough to change if needed. Can't wait to get it finished! Kevin |
