Default ReignRC 2.2 Furless Yeti....

Well I thought that I had better get my comp rig ready for the 07' season. I was on the bubble as far as whether or not to compete this year with the scale scene gathering so much momentum. There is a certain someone that needs to get knocked off the podium since I've slowed up. I won't mention any names (NazT) but he knows who he is :-)

I've tried to make the rig as light as possible above the skid plate. Below that is pretty much fat and chunky. Up top it's sporting a full set of Titanium including some one off titanium stampede goodies. I'm also running custom stainless and titanium links.

I've always loved the Pro-Line Giant Tracs and felt that they where without a doubt the finest crawling tire for a super. I just thought they where a tad wide so I narrowed them up and never looked back. I feel the same way about the Masher 2000's. I think there spot on with the exception of there width. So I narrowed them to the same proportions as my Giant Tracs and I love'em

I've still got to finish the pede tranny (more titanium from Lundsford - Thanks guys) and she for the most part should be ready for next weeks comp.

Enjoy the pics....

That's a good idea. I've never tried the high clearance links before.

Oh I totally understand your pain. I got tired of waiting too (HINT HINT).....So I picked these up on ebay from a guy that makes some custome pede tranny lockouts. He's great to work with and gets the parts to you within a few days. The machine work on his products are unmatched. Each edge is relieved and the finish work it top notch, plus there round and I dig that.

Thanks guys!

Care to share his info or talk him in to coming on over here? I'm sure he could sell some easily if he priced them well.

Well I got around to finishing up my Furless Yeti.

I've added some MIP CVD's, Erickson 2.2 beadlocks the electronics and a new body.

It seems to be pretty dialed. I can't wait to test it out.

Kind of off topic, but do you have pics of the narrowed giant tracs? I would like to see those.
