Default my TLT tracer build

this is my first TLT Tracer build. its just a RTR kit from Rccrawler.com with upgraded shocks.
45t with a 12t gear
Tracer frame
stock tranny with dual belt tensioner
moabs
bronco body
finally got the stock tranny working pretty well and just painted the body so here are a few pics before it gets all marked up. need a little final sanding and it will be done

ramp test

and a few with the body. no action shots with the body striped out my spur greag the other day.

painted after my 1:1

I have been pretty happy with the way it crawls, but all I have used it on so far is a pile of paving stones I have. and its doing better since I have taken the springs out of the shocks.

my bad the 45t is the motor.
I'm not really sure of the pitch its the stock spur and a 12t on the motor. they should work.

yes its the tamiya gear and yes i had to slot the opening alittle. I need to go back and open them a little more because I think it sliped and that is how I ate some of the theet off of the spur.

finally got my new gear in. nits a 83T and I have a 12T on the motor. and looking at it again I had to grind/ sand the plastic housing and not the metal motor mount. so a tamiya spur gear should work, but I went to the hobby store and had the guy look it to be sure. hope that helps

about the gear I dont have a link. I went down to a the hobby store and made the guy look it up for me. as far as the pitch I would have to call tower and ask they should be able to tell you pretty quick.

the tensioner is a 1/8 bolt thru the trans with a piece of pipe one it ( acting like a roller) and I have one of the fancy ones from tower on the other side, and I also got the better belt. I needed up doing the second because I had done the first one with the stock belt on the the new belt is a little longer so I did another tensioner.
