Default tlt won't run

Yesterday I finally finished my tlt, hooked up all the electronics, set up the esc as per manual.
ran the truck in my room for a few minutes everything worked great. today I went to turn it on and show my nephew how it runs and nothings happening, motor hardly turns. What could have possibly gone wrong?

truck specs: Mamba Max, Hyperion z3013, R2 with 8T pinion, 10 cell 2/3A 1500 nimh battery pack (built with copper bars),
T.D falcon chassis, axial 2.2 with moabs.

Is your battery charged? Was it fully charged yesterday?

my first thought also. it couldve easily went dead or you couldve left it on.

Check the air pressure in your tires.

Worked yesterday but not today? Dead battery would be my first guess- after that it gets expensive.

Did you leave the battery plugged into the Mamba Max? It will drain the battery when plugged in, even if the ESC is turned off.

Is that only on the Mamba setup? I Have never had that problem before, but then again, I don't run a Mamba.

battery was not left plugged in overnight.
today I discharged battery then recharged them
getting same results.
not sure how good my volt meter is working, but battery pack reads about 13.7v is this about right?
I tried removing pinion to see if there's any binding in drivetrain, but motor don't seem to wanna turn.
Another think I noticed is motor and battery got slightly warm trying to figure out problem.

Interesting.
Make sure the plugs on the motor wires are completely covered, if the bare plugs touch it would cause problems.

1.2v * 10cells = 12v and they will peak higher so 13.7v seems normal.

Can you turn the motor by hand? Maybe something is jammed inside.

spoke with tech at castle creation
based on info I gave him he says most likely its my connection between motor and esc, says its best to hard wire mototr to esc.
will try that tomorrow and see if it helps.
