That looks real good. The dash, seats, and lightbar are nice touches.

I don't know what it looks like to the naked eye, but your images make the chassis look like purple and green. It looks cool.

It's actually gloss Black with Pearl White lightly over sprayed over the black.
In the sun, it does sometimes appear a Purplish/Green, with no sun it looks somewhat like a charcoal.
I should have some good action shots to post after tomorrows comp.

Default Comp ready pic's

I finished just in time to charge battery's and do some in/around house testing.
It's comp ready, hopefully comp worthy.
Here are some poser pic's on the RTI ramp
I should have plenty of real action pic's after tomorrows comp.
I did add exhaust after these pic's were taken.

A few action shots of it's First comp yesterday.
I had a wire break off my ESC so I only got One stage in. I barely got enough wheel time in to know what changes I need to make. Oh well, I have another comp next weekend, I'll get some more comp wheel time in then. Maybe I'll take her out for some testing yet this week if I can make the time. I also picked up an AX10, so I'll be starting on that soon as well, and free time has been short lately :-(

I noticed it needed some internal springs. It seemed to slog around off camber like in the 2nd pic down. It would greatly increase your side hilling abillity and control. Great truck though, really looks great.

Looking back at the pics I took Troy, it definitely needs internal springs. Almost every shot it is lifting a tire.

Ok, that explains the wicked torque twist. Thoughtful tuning and test driving (take notes!) will cure that.

What a good looking rig this turned out to be, I'm impressed. Nice work ftc...

Default Up date

Well, I haven't had much time to drive this rig, been very busy at work, and I ran my new AX10 in our last comp.
I fried the Quark ESC after about a year and a half pretty hard use :-(
I think what happened is a wire came unsoldered and it shorted out.
I needed a replacement quickly for the RC X-Games a few days later, and could only find (locally) a Mini Tazer Brushless. It was only $60 and seems as smooth as my Quark, with about the same reverse delay.
I rebuilt the shocks this morning, and added internal springs. I also put the Losi Claws on my AX10 since that is going to be my main comp truck the rest of the season, and I put some Masher 2k's I had around on this truck. I'm also going to add LED's to the light bar since I have a night running coming up in Oct that I'm going to use this rig for. I'm going out this afternoon for some testing
