That's a 3 link set-up, basically. I've never tried it myself, but other members have done it.

3 link w/wishbone upper works good, good flex, no side to side "swing" like a 4 link. Just a tad bit easier to set up than a 4 link as well.

its a 3 link as mentioned.... It basically is the same as a 4 link. Instead of mounting 2 upper links, it's only one. If you look at the upper wishbone, both sides invert towards teh center, so that takes care of your triangulation so you will not get any side to side..

I think 3 links are harder to make. Thats just me though. You have to have that upper link bent right. Then figure and way to dill a hole or braze/Weld and Heim joint on it. Have to get centered also. 4 Links are more adjustable and easier to fix mistakes. On a 3 link you almost have to start all over.

I'am running a 3 link and love it! If you bolt your rod end on, The hardest part would be making sure it straight and sqaure.

cool thanks for all of the feedback. I thought it looked like a really neat idea as an alternative to a conventional 4 link setup. I have a small tube bender so I may just try this and see how it works. thanks again for all of the information.
