Not quite sure how you pulled this one off ???????? I dropped in a set of RCP's r/p front and rear and have tortured my rig. Running dig and binding front/rear and all four wheels. More info on your setup will help. Tranny/motor...........

I'd like to know how that happened. Wow! Since I am running these, I can't imagine how you did that.

Kyle, I still need to see this thing, wow. Course you know how my R+P situation is at the moment... were you able to get it out of the axle housing to put a stock replacement in for right now?

I doubt it was a defect, it wouldn't have installed if it were bent from the start. I bet you fell hard onto the shaft, like a tumble where you hit a rock with the driveline.

that would have to be a VERY hard hit right to the pinion shaft.

That is what I am thinking. A good rolling tumble can generate a lot of speed, and a rock at just the right place could put all of that force right onto the pinion shaft. I had it happen to me once, I couldn't get the pinion out so the case and bearings were trash too.
