| TXT throttle response inconsistent
guys.. i just bought the new LRP Artificial Intelligence ESC (Pro). setup: stock TXT with stock silver can motors Hitec 645MG servos, 4WS GP3300 cells (6cell) currently it's running without any receiver pack. Problem details: while pressing on the throttle, the TXT occasionally remains still although throttle has been depressed to maximum. both steering servos worked fine, however throttle response is not working. the throttle problem is intermittent and sometimes it works just fine. Should i run the TXT with additional receiver pack? appreciate any advice or comments. thank you! |

| btw..
if the throttle works, the TXT would jerk and jerk while moving forward. i have tried isolating the receiver unit but it doesn't help. |

Is that speedie capable of running 2 motors? What way have you wired the motors series or parallel? If you wired them in series they will draw more amp/current on startup than when wired parallel If you have steering and no throttle the problem could be the mabuchi motors, have they had much use? Check to motors, pull each one out and check that they run with a pack if no problems put a drop of oil on the endbells and reinstall Check the solder on the motor tabs sometimes you dont get enough heat into the wire when soldering and can get a dry joint and will only make contact momentarily just a few ideas you can check good luck |
