sounds like some type of binding or interference. Where is the servo mounted? And how?

i think its something with linkage cause ive servo mounted on plate attached to top of axle, so its very close to the axle, and without servo the wheels can turn very freely, so maybe i should use longer servo arm, its very short now, about 0,7cm from center

so problem is almost solved, ive installed a little ( about 2mm) longer servo horn, and miracle, it will swing the tires in both ways, as far as possible ( well almost, it couldve been better)
