|  pinion size help needed!
i just got a txt-1 and i love it ecept the gearing is way too high and i was wondering what the smallest pinions would work with the stock motor plate setup. i probabally will use a gd-600 later but this is just for now will a 9 tooth pinion fit? thanks mattg |

A 9 tooth gear will work just fine with the stock motor plate.

I ran an 11 tooth with my GD and never had a shortage of power. I know 11's are easier to find them 8 and 9 teeth pinions.
