I am trying to velcro it to the front axle. I ran a velcro wire tie through the upper link mount and then around the battery. It looks like it will work...I just did some testing and it seemed to work. I will need to add some velcro to the battery to keep it from slipping out of the strap. If this doesn't work...the pie shaped mount will be the trick. Thanks |

Hay rockcrusher imounted my bat on front axle aswell but i used a lipo 2300mah to run the whole truck seems to work ok. Can some one tell me how attache pictures with your reply please .

On my previous TXT I'd swapped the upper/lower links, so I put the sway bar on the front uppers but didn't secure the cross-section. Then I zip-tied a TwinForce battery tray to the cross-section LIKE THIS. On my current TXT, I needed 14.4V and for it to be more stable when bashing around, so I put a TwinForce battery tray on each side of the chassis, LIKE THIS. |
