Default TXT-1 coming soon what else needed??

I have decided to buy a TXT-1, after a few bad experiences with my T-maxx, and was wondering what parts aren't included in the kit that i would need to purchase? and also what would be the best parts on a budget to buy? and im not affraid of some fabbin'

By the way whats the best bang for the buck in batteries and charger?

Make sure you read the acticle on the home page about how to make a TXT into a good crawler. You shouldn't need to buy very many parts.

I really like the Pirranah battery charger.
Trinity makes some cheap 3000mah EPIC Motorsports assembled packs. They are only $23.99 at hobbypeople.net. Best value I've seen.

You are definitly in the right place if you do not mind fabbin, Dirk has done it all.

I just got a new TXT a few weeks ago and love it.

Here is what I did to my TXT out of the box to improve it.

I am looking forward to getting my custom links from Dirk, that should be a huge improvment as well.

Even at 15.5 inches of wheel base, you can use the maxx sliders and they will be fine.

Yeah, thanks for the heads up RSI, but Dirk and I spoke a couple times and he covered everything I need to get this 15.5 inch beast rolling! I still need to order a set of max sliders, work has been killing me though. :(
