Default GPM Revo shafts - why don't they slide?

GPM has released some steel Revo shafts. Unfortunately, they don't look like sliders, they appear to be a single peice. I had my hopes all up, but it looks like we'll have to stick with what we've got for now.

Plastic revo shafts are strong enough. I've never broken any or heard of anyone else breaking some.

as long as the geometry is correct on a revo the shafts dont need to slide, lucky for us the stockers do. thats why the GPM shafts dont. besides GPM drive shafts suck hairy monkey balls.
