I'm using a P-94 with a 27 turn arm in it. (has a cooling slot on it, I think its out of a midnight something) it works good. Its abit to snapy though, (not hard to break the tires loose if your not easy on it) and I have to run a heat sink. I'm probably going to pick up a lathe motor and put the arm in the P-94. That or just break down and put my novak brushless in it, I just don't like the idea of not beingable to run it in the water when I want.

I run a 55t lathe motor with a GD600 and Moab XL's. It works good, tons of torque. It has very little wheelspeed though. The rocks in Colorado are pretty grippy, so not much wheelspeed is needed.

It'll be a little weak compared to the GD600/27 turn set up.

The 22 turn Mag Mayhem works pretty good with the GD600, so I guess it'd be okay. Might be a little short on runtimes compared to the everlasting lathe, but not too bad compared to your stock 27 turn motor, which is what I'd leave in it. The GD600 has three gear options, you could try another. Then there's the gearing inside the TXT tranny too.

I run the 22 turn mag mayhem in my txt moon buggy with the gd600. tons of torque at low speeds and plenty of wheel speed when needed. I love it!

Run times very on the trigger finger but usually lasts at minimum 30min.

I ran the stock 27T can with my GD600 for a while. I just put in Integy 35T lathe motor, just about the same wheel speed, but it seems to have more torque and it doesn't get as hot as the stock can.

Tower has 35T's HERE

I've been using Johnson 550's (w/ internal fan) in my basher / trail rig. Once I get another motor plate I'll have one set up with a GD600 for crawling.

I just picked up this HUGE motor to try out, (pictured next to a 550.) Current draw at 7.2V is a little less than two 550's at 14.4V. FULL SPECS

the stock can worked great for me... didnt have enough torque to break anything but had enough to crawl around...
