All these housings need are diffs, axle shafts, knuckles. The upper (top loading) parts come with the housings. The only other thing that I would say is get bearings for everything that uses bushings. Then you would have a stout axle!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the $13.50 trans will require the nuts and bolts that hold the case together along with the c-clips for all the shafts. The instructions tell what exactly is needed.

Wow, so glad I found this. I have a TXT axled rig planned as a winter project, and I woulda been paying out the wazoo for some axles down the road. Got me 2 sets and a tranny, just in case, couldnt pass it up. Thanks for posting this TwistedXT.

my tranny was complete down to pinions i needed nothing for it but motors i was missing a bushing for one of the axles but i could have dropped that

Look closer, The tranny does not include the nuts and bolts to hold the trans halves together. I have 3 sets like this and I know 5 other people that bought 2 trans a piece. Everyone is like mine. You need the trans housing bolts and nuts.

well i have two of them and one is put to together and i was missing no parts maybe i just got lucky but the other one apears complete also. still a good deal with or without the bolts

my tranny was all complete but my axles were missing like 4 bushings.....luckly i has some extras laying around
