Thanks guys. I have a pleazer body for it but cant decide on a paint scheme. I was hoping to powdercoat the servo mounts but looks like they will have to get the auto zone fake anadize paint for now.

Took the txt out for a test run this afternoon and was very impressed with it. The only problem I have is running the reciever battery to power the 1/4 scale servos since they are on seperate channels. I'll make a few phone calls tomorrow to sort this out. I had to try my rock pile that I said nobody could make it to the top of. I made it up to the next to the top rock but couldnt crawl up on the top one. I'm gonna save the pleazer body for my clod project. I ordered up the vw baja bug body from hpi. I'll jump on the pleazer band wagon a little bit later. Will post a few pics tomorrow. |

Been doing a little more work on the txt. I had to move the upper shock mount location a little more forward. I also had to make a harness for the 1/4 scale servos. All that is lacked is making the steering links and the body mounts. Here are a few pics.

Just ordered another bug body for the new txt and also a can of the chezoom teal. Have to give killer something else to gripe about. |
