What parts does the update kit include? What I really need is all the parts to convert TXT-1 housings to Jugg housings; Leaf spring blocks & U-bolts, axle steering bellcrank mounts, etc.

All you need to convert the housing itself is the upper cover, which has the steering pivot vs the ball mounts and the input shafts and bearings. Although, the upgraded Jugg has the same setup as a TXT. What is it your trying to do?

If you just need the top covers, I have a set for the Jugg I'd trade for a set of the TXTs. PM me if intrested.

I'm building a 1/6 scaler with a set of TXT-1 axles. I'm going to use leaf springs and the axle mount steering bellcrank pivots. Actualy, I already have a pair of the upper covers with the steering pivots. Now I need all the parts to install the Jugg leaf springs on the TXT housings. I also have a Jugg II truck that I bought new. They didn't have the TXT-1 axle features though. Is that what the Jugg II update kit was/is for (to add the TXT-1 changes to the Jug II axle housings?) |
