ok i moved my links around and got about 15" wheelbase, installed REVO shafts, 9 tooth pinions, BFT wheels and tires for now til i cut my wheels and figure out how to remount. i took bumpers off, moved battery to front, and im working on servo mounts for axles. also checking on different shock locations. my question is about the gd-6oo. i have read alot on here about it, but i know nothing about it. i just got 2 55T lathe motors, only going to run 1. i can order gd600 from tower for about 14$, how hard is it to install? thanks for all your help to get this far.

Hi, I started as a newbie and I'm still learning to upgrade to Savage shocks. I'll try to share my first GD600 installation with you. Just search for GD600 and you'll find alot more info on its installation. Hope these pics helps. |

I am starting something new called "Newbie of the month award". If you are a newbie and and post tech/links/pics like you did from your own searching then you win something. I don't know what the prizes will be but we'll figure it out. 8-) | |

| Didn't you've got such awards here in rccrawler. lol. But anyway, started rc in feb. TXT is my first rc, and my only 1 for now. I wouldn't have completed the mods w/o this forum. Great ppl, nice site layout, endless info & support. 2thumbs up! dynamaxxed, forgot to take a pic when i file a part of the shaft flat so the set screw can sit firmly on the shaft when u turn it in. It helps to keep the pinion in place. Bet u knew that already. Just a reminder. Cheers. |
