Default Home made reduction gear for XC

Hi there!

I just made a 3.2 : 1 reduction gear for my pajero.
(parts: old 540 motor, 58T spur gear, 18T pinion gear, some alu plate and epoxy)

It can be applied without any modification on the XC body.
(but you have to relocate the battery)

not a bad idea. just a thought though, you should clock it so it lays flat since you already have to move the battery anyways. keep the weight as low as possible

Did a similar setup a while back. It's amazing how much more rock capable the truck becomes.
