Default Bowler Wildcat CC-01

Now that the UTRCRC CC-01 Scale Adventure is over its time for a project I've been wanting to do. I picked up a Kamtec Bowler Wildcat a couple of months ago.

For those of you that don't know what a Bowler Wildcat is then here you go

I'm planning on throwing in a 50t Handwound motor in with a 3s Maxamps 1800 30c Lipo. That should give it some good kick but still be crawlable. With the new FXR update it should have good enough start up as well

I had to stretch the wheelbase to 10 3/32" but I just used some L channel for that

That is a cool body like the indentations on the doors. Killer wheels too.

I'm hoping to, it depends on how things fit there.

I agree, I really like the body details. The wheels are Create A Crawler

I threw in the 50t handwound and it was an absolute blast and it looked so real With the 3s you could jump but still crawl pretty well. I had a stupid grin on my face the whole time

Any new details on the Bowler? Have you had a chance to paint it yet?

Not much of an update but I got the windows cut out today. It's all washed up, ready to paint but I didn't have the right paint at home.

Not to that extent but slightly yes. I want to mount the rear tires but I'm going to have to hack up the chassis a bunch to do it. I just don't know.
