Hey guys! So a couple of months ago I picked up a tamiya MFU and have been trying to get it to work right. Once I got a radio to work I had a tough decision to make... what truck to put it in but to make a long story short the CC01 needed some love so its getting a make over. Im starting with a cc01 of course and I'm going to be installing a the tamiya sound unit using a modified LP5DSM heli radio to operate it. I'm adding a winch, the lights and I'm gonna use the tamiya bronco body since it fits perfect! but here are some pics of what I got so far: Just kinda mapping out where everything is going ....hehe and everything where its supposed to be: I almost wanna say that the MFU was made to fit this truck because everything fits so well The rumble unit: Let me know what you guys think! thanks! |

Thinking out of the box, I love it. I wouldn't have thought about a MFU on a cc01. That's going to be cool. Great job... |

yeah.... its kinda off I couldn't find a happy medium between the front and rear so I just centered the front of it... I am gonna see if I can adjust the rear axle a bit to center in the rear. Any ideas?

Maybe you can hack up a yota or clod chevy front bumper to fit?
