|  Changing Bodies Jeep yj to ????
hi guys im a proud owner of a cc-01 yj i just got last night the body is in fairly good shape im gonna redo the body... im wantin to know are the fj, bronco,pajero bodies the same wheelbase i know the toureag is long....im just wanting another body to beat on so i dont mess up the yj body  |

I think most people were at work. The Jeep is the same length as: Pajaro, Blackfoot (I think), Brat, Bronco (I think), Unimog (I think), Isuzu MU The Land Cruiser is a slightly longer wheelbase The toureg (I think), CRV is the longest wheelbase. |

thanks for the help i had a cc01 landcrusier at 1time built it an like a dumby sold it ... an i have gotten this yj it has been modded some lifted an other things just dont wanna kill the body on it.... i appreciate the help an sometimes i can be impatient sorry

I am in the same boat. I have a CC01 Bronco and wondering what will fit. I researched but have not found that 100% answer  |

The bronco, pajero, and yj I believe are the same wheelbase. I know the fj is longer.

If you got the cc01 new, it should have come with the parts to extend and shorten the wheelbase. I had a touareg, 1 old pajero, 1 remake pajero and a scaler with a blackfoot shell. All were the cc01 chassis. It comes with different parts to move the rear axle back, longer arms and shaft and you will see different shock mount screw holes back there too. If you didnt get these parts, you just need to fab some four link rods and extend the rear shaft, then you can run the toureg or any of the longer shells on the cc01. |
