hi, where are you getting the g wagon and fj crusier bodys from and do you have to ajust the wheelbase

They're from Nikko and yes you'll have to go with custom link sizes and possibly a new driveshaft.

They are out of production but I found the FJ at hobbytron on closeout just tuesday and if you look for online coupons you can get %10 off so its like $31 for it,plus the inner fenderwells works real nice on other builds.

Some people are- it's a little less realistic looking, but still works out fine. A search here or at scale4x4rc.net should turn up some builds.

Thanks. I have only seen one cc01 in person. The one I saw was locked in the front and open diff in the rear. Is that how they come? I kind of like the idea of both diffs being unlocked because the cc01 is a great scaler or tow vehicle. Something that may not require locked diffs.

Both front and rear come unlocked but the kit comes with a locker for the rear. The front lock is done with an extra spider gear (custom).
