Default i need help! (cc-01)

Hi!
I need your help!
Not so long ago, replace the motor mount change
Yeah Racing Aluminum Motor Mount (BU) for Tamiya CC-01 : [CC01-013BU] : Tamiya CC01 Chassis Hop Up Parts
I also change the motor axial 27.
As a result, the pinion gear is not in contact transmission.
What pinion gear to buy?
Note: This is a very small distance between the rack

Maybe a Yeah Racing pinion? I bought some 3racing parts for my drifter and ended up needing more parts from 3racing to get it all working.

Do you have the motor mounted in the correct holes for your pinion size? You should have a set of holes for a 16T and 20T.

you can pretty much ONLY use a 16tooth or 20tooth pinion in a cc-01. I THINK i got away with using a 17tooth once (set at holes for a 16tooth)

make sure if you have a 16tooth pinion that your motor mount plate is not screwed on in the 20t holes.

Also make sure you use the little insulating washer thingie between the motor and the motor mount. It helps to keep the mount from melting if its the stock plastic one and more importantly it makes sure that you get into the proper holes DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM EACH OTHER on the motor. Since some motors have 2 sets of holes on them you can really get alignment goofy if you thread into holes that are only 175 degrees (or however far they are apart) instead of the ones the correct 180 apart.
