| Tamiya Grease
Just finished my new CC01 in the kit was a tube of Ceramic Grease. I want to get some more for future is this the same as Tamiya Anti-Ware Grease, I can't find Tamiya Ceramic Grease Cheers |

There some tamiya ceramic grease on eBay, comes in tubes of 2g, 3g and 5g I think.

OK so they are not the same grease? I see on the Tamiya website "Cera Grease HG" is now listed so I assume this is just Ceramic Grease with a new name the same stuff they put in the kits? Back in the day I used "Molybdenum" which you can still get. So still listed are (and not discontinued): Cera Grease HG Molybdenum Ant-Ware Grease RC Friction Damper Grease Soft RC Ball Diff Grease Set And a range of RC VG grease (whatever that is) So when is a good time to use which one? Or should I just stick to Cera Grease HG |

Anti-Wear is a completely different thing. VERY sticky and silver/grey in colour. Great for inside diffs. Ceramic grease is good on plastics, but I think it's intended as a general purpose item.
