Default Worn out worm drives

I have had my diffs apart 3 times now to check and regrease and every time I could see the worm teeth wearing thinner each time. I just tore it down again and foud pieces of the gear are chipping off, most likely due to the teeth wearing thin. The spool gear looks fine.
I do run my rig alot but it will suck to have to buy $30 worth of worm gears every month.

How many others have done this?

I've seen one other post so far about this. Looks like I need to do an inspection on mine...

Not sure what's wrong

Lets all keep our fingers crossed that this is an isolated problem....
