Default Dig question

I just got my LCC in a few weeks ago and got all the parts to start putting it into action. When I got it out of the box the front tires would roll, the tires were locked and now they are both locked. I have moved the dig arm in and out and will not unlock the wheels. Is this ok or should I stop and solve this issue before continuing.

Thanks

The front and rear axles are driven with worm gears the only way the spin the wheels is to turn the gears in the trans. this is normal.

btw that 55t probably wont last long. you will need 35t or brushless. worm gears are tough and high wind brushed. mine smoked in about 20 min of running
