I'm building a sportsman class lcc. I'm going to be running a integy 35 turn and sidewinder esc. I already have one that I'm running the novak 3 cell and 18.5 on but I don't have the extra dough to go brushless on this one quite yet. I will have a 3 cell on it. I was thinking maybe a 13 or 14 but didn't know for sure. Thanks for the help.

I ran 12-13 on my 35T's and was very pleased on 3S with it. 14 worked well but felt like it would stall a bit easier. | |

I second that! I know that a 14 will easily burn up a brushed motor. So try and keep it under that!

Ran a warrior 35t last season, 14t or 15t. The 14t worked ok, 15t stalled more. The motor temps were up, but never noticed the motor suffering any. I'd run a 14t or lower.

My brother inlaw was running a 35t integy on a 14t pinion with 3 cell....the motor got to hot to touch...and smelled like burning electronics...we put a 12t pinion and WHAMO....that was the ticket...motor ran way cooler...you could actually touch it...hahah...go 12t to 13t...
