Do the blades turn easy by hand? Maybe something is blocking it?

Well I thank you all for helping to trouble shoot this problem the fan turns free if you blow on it , the conection looks good to. I have another fan from a integy crawler the same size with same plug so I plugged it in and nothing I am still a LOSI fan but man the bad luck! I have a HPI Flux and the fan is temp. Controled .that's why I didn't think much about it when the fan never came on this is my 2nd ESC brand new the bad part is I'm going on a crawling trip Sunday & no time to get this resolved. I'm going to run it with no FAN I don't care if I get 20 or 30 minutes with it it would be worth it. How long do you think it will last? With no fan .21.5 with a 17gear 3s 20c 1600mah 10a CC bec running both servos ?
