| Dig Problems
hey guys, i have a LCC and i just got the dig system hooked up, but for some reason, i cant get the car to go into front dig, even if i move the dig linkage manually, the whole thing seems to "bottom out" it goes into rear dig easy though. Jake Wright told me that the dig linkage nut may be too tight, so i checked that and played around with it a bit and it still didn't help. i am completely stumped. any help would be nice.

if you tighten the nut down to far then you may have squashed the inside of the palstic piece. that could cause it to move or get stuck forward more not allowing the shaft to go in completely. it was also mentioned in the early part of release that a hole in the tranny case may have been molded off center a bit and cause a hang up with the dig shaft and the eclip inside. the front half of the tranny case where the dig shaft slides through, check to see if the eclip may be getting caught on that and not going in fully. | |

try spinning the front prop shaft when you push it in, maybe the dig plate tabs arent falling into the slots. if that dont work then time for a tear down and check the hole where the shaft gos through. see if maybe the eclip is hitting it or something is binding it up. Good Luck |
