| ESC Location With LCG Dig Mount?
I'm looking to rewire and wondering where the guys who have a LCG dig mount place their esc. I don't have the mount yet but I want my esc out of the way when I do get it. What type of esc do you run and what dig servo. I've got a MMP with a MSX12 dig servo. Thanks |

I have heard that if you swap out the capacitor on the tekin RS it can do 4s. But i don't know for sure.

Jr 388 hv servo mounted perpendicular to the chassis right behind the motor. Tekin RS Pro still fit on the trimmed up stock mount behind it.

I have a Mamba Max Pro on the rear axle. I stuck it there since there was a mount for it....planned on moving it, but I actually like it on the rear axle. It does need some sort of guard though since it's a bit unprotected.

| An older picture, but the RCBros servo mount is shown. With the servo mounted on the stock plate it puts most, if not all its weight on the axle, a better thing. When mounted on the links, the chassis bears some of the load, but its better protected by the body. |

With the esc mounted on the links do the shocks ever hit it?

I'm running a Goat 3s, with a fan, in the same place as Eee Pee and the shocks do not touch it. As far as a guard goes, I consider that the job of the fan.

What's that got to do with anything?? I mounted my ESC on the stock ESC plate in the front. I run a RCBros dig relocation bracket with a Futaba MICRO servo in the back and the battery on the rear axle. I would rather puff a $40 battery than break the $140 ESC. | |

So for the guys who have run thier esc on the axle and on the links, did you notice any performance difference with either location?
