I put the MIP on the front and a stock LCC shaft on the back to shift weight forward some. The difference was dramatic.

Had a little trouble with the link so I assumed.... You know what they say about that. With that being said I was told these CVDs did not hold up well. I cut some piano wire to replace my stock pins. That has been in there for about six months now without fail.

I agree with robbob. those cvds arent nearly as good as the losi v3's and the cups will break on some depending on how its driven. ive havent broken a single v3 shaft or cup since i bought them over 1 1/2 yrs ago, only a couple pins have broken. spend the extra like $5 for the losi v3's

Looks like LosiPartsHouse has them... they are under the Night Crawler RTR section.

If one of the V3s twisted off I am thinking it must have been a bad one. I have ran mine with an a 21.5T Novak ballistic on one side and widened HPI Rick grabberes on the other with no problems out of the CVDs.

I'd just ship the CKRC CVDs right back to them and get your $$ back. They do not hold up at all. I recently had a buddy buy them instead of V3s and he blew both of them apart in less than 10 minutes of run time... I told him to get the V3s but he thought for sure because the CKRC ones said heavy duty they were better.
